Our products are exclusively factory finished.

All frames and profiles pass through a number of sanding stages, all v-joints and end grains are treated by hand with a synthetic polymer compound to keep moisture out. The surface treatment includes a three-coat process using an environmentally friendly waterborne spray system in carefully controlled conditions of humidity and heat.

By applying a factory finish we reduce site costs, provide excellent aesthetic appearance and keep maintenance to a minimum.
